Send PDF Invoice from my device with attachments

You can customize your outgoing invoice emails, and add any attachments, such as contracts, waivers, warranties or any images, to your estimates or invoice.
Here's how:


  • Select  Share Invoice from the menu ( ) on the main invoice screen.
  • Choose Yes when prompted Include PDF in Share?
  • Select your email app.
  • You should now have your PDF as an attachment to your email. Add a recipient, any message or attachments you'd like, and send.

Windows PC

  • Select Print/Email Invoice
  • Select Print
  • Save a copy of the PDF file that opens.
  • Attach the PDF file to an email along with your other attachments.
