How do I set multiple Price Levels?
This feature requires a subscription to Street Invoice Enterprise.What are Price Levels?
Street Invoice supports multiple price levels. So for example, you can set a retail price and a wholesale price for your items.You can then assign a customer to a specific pricing level, and when you add an item to an invoice for that customer, the price for the item will be set based on the customer's price level.
You can create as many pricing levels as you'd like, or you can keep it simple and stay with one pricing level.
How do I setup my pricing levels?
Android / BlackBerry 10
- From the Main Screen, select Settings
- Select Manage System Lists
- Select Price Levels in the Items section
- Select + New to create a new Price Level, and enter the name for this Price Level.
- Select a Price Level to modify the name of a Price Level.
- Save your changes for them to take effect.
Windows PC
- From the Main Screen, select Settings
- Select Price Levels in the Items section
- Click New to create a new Price Level, and enter the name for this Price Level.
- Select a Price Level and click Edit to modify the name of a Price Level.
- You may need to select Sync from your mobile device for these changes to be reflected there.
How do I assign a Price Level to a customer?
Windows PC
- Select the Customer from the Customer List and click Edit Customer.
- Click the Financial tab.
- Select the Price Level for the Customer under Default Price Level
Android/BlackBerry 10
- Select the Customer from the Customer list
- Tap the Pencil icon to edit the customer
- Tap the Invoice Preference tab
- Under Price Level, select the default Price Level for this customer.
- Tap the checkmark to save the setting for this customer.
How do I set multiple prices for an item?
Android/BlackBerry 10
- Select the item from the Item List
- Tap Add Price.
- Choose a Price Level & enter the Price.
- Touch Save & then the Checkmark to save the changes to this item.
Windows PC
- Select an Item from the Item List and select Edit Item.
- Choose a Price Level & enter the Price.
