How do I void an invoice?

When you void an invoice, it will not be calculated in the customer’s balance, but it will still appear among your invoices.
Note: If there are any payments applied to the invoice, you will have to remove those payments before you can void the invoice, using the Windows PC edition of Street Invoice. See Remove payments from an invoice.

Smartphone

1.       Open the invoice, and touch Invoice Option.
2.       Touch the Void checkbox.

Windows PC

Open the invoice and click Void on the bottom of the screen.
